Although this is a very rare and unlikely occurrence that you will receive a product that is “wrong” or “expired”, we
have got you covered. We would be happy to replace the product(s) for you or offer you a refund. However return
is not applicable for change of mind.
Terms & Conditions:
In case, you wish to exchange any product, you need to return it within 2 days of delivery
Return/exchanges are not eligible for sale items.
Please note, we do not provide any monetary refunds.
In the case of returns, the item purchased must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.
The products should be in their original packaging accompanied by proof of purchase.
Return items received will be checked by the quality assurance team. Failing to meet any expectations, the
product will be not accepted as well as will be returned back to you at your expense. No amount will be
reimbursed/ credits will be given in this case
We request you to coordinate with the third-party website or retail store for any return or exchange request of
the products purchased from them.
Return Process: In order to return the order follow the below steps-
Return request to be raised within 2 days of receiving the product.
You may raise a request by writing to us on shrilaljienterprises1@gmail.com. The request should be raised within the
time specified in the above schedule.
The customer has to upload pictures / images of wrong / expired products. The wrong or expired product
should be clearly visible in the picture / image
On receipt of the return request, we may arrange the pickup for most of the regions. The product to be
returned should be finely packed in the return package with original packing and tags.
We will process 100% credit note as per the invoice amount once we receive & review the product at our end.
The refunds are subject to the product condition and other parameters meeting our return policy.
In a case that your area PIN code doesn’t fall in our purview or we are unable to arrange a reverse pickup for
you, we’ll inform you and shall refund your amount in the form of credit points if your order meets the
requirements listed in the refund policy.
In case you make a wrong order, you have to return the product at your expense. On receipt of the product at
our end, we can refund or replace the product
*Credit Note: All items purchased from our website can be returned for a credit coupon within 14 days from the
date of delivery. The entire amount of the returned product will be credited to the coupon code.
How to use NPTECH Credit Note:
NPTECH Credit Note can be applied on our website at the checkout page.
On the checkout page, you have to apply the credit note code in the 'DISCOUNT CODE' section and click on
'APPLY'
The discount code will automatically be reflected and the amount will be deducted from the payable amount.
The validity of the credit note is 4 months.
Credit note does not include the shipping fee paid during placing the order

CANCELLATION POLICY:
For all CASH ON DELIVERY orders purchased online, cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the
order. Any cancellations for PREPAID orders will be issued with a credit note.
